Robert French, Jr., 44, of Topeka, passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2022. He was born June 15, 1978 in Fort Riley, Kansas, the son of Robert Troy and Teresa Irene (Wilson) French, Sr.
Robert graduated from high school in Tennessee. He resided in Texas from June 2019 through June 2022 before moving back to Topeka. Robert was employed as a welder by Plus Fabrication in Texas. He attended Northland Christian Church.
Robert married Misty N. Peasgood on June 29, 2014 in Topeka. She survives. Other survivors include children; Gabriel Saber of Manhattan, Jaden Saber of Manhattan, Hailey Saber of Manhattan, Jacob French of Manhattan, BreAnna Cullens of Texas, Hailey Cullens of Topeka, Abby Mosher of Topeka, Isaac French of Topeka, Stormie French of Topeka, Faith French of Topeka and Hope French of Topeka, his mother; Teresa I. Carey of Junction City, his siblings; Tiffany French of Topeka, Nicole Coffey of Tennessee, Sasha Soules-Jones of Manhattan, Joshua Jones of Manhattan and Sherri Jones of Junction City, sister-in-law; Teffanie (Richard) Starks of Topeka, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 11, 2022 at Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. Cremation will follow and private inurnment will take place at a later date.
