Adam James Pollock, 45, of Topeka, Kansas, passed away Friday, December 23, 2016 at Stormont-Vail Hospital. Adam was born on January 18, 1971, in New Orleans, LA. He graduated from St. Thomas More High School in Lafayette, LA. While at St. Thomas More he received numerous awards in speech and drama, ran cross country and received the Rusty Randol Memorial Award. He attended Millsaps College in Jackson, MS on a theater scholarship and also attended the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa.
He is survived by his parents, Michael and Cookie Pollock of Destin, FL; his wife, Rebecca Pollock of Topeka; sons, Tate Anson Pollock of Birmingham, AL and Elijah James Pollock and daughter, Carlene Elizabeth Pollock, both of Destin, FL; sisters, Amy Pollock Fogg and Lindsey Pollock Moss and her husband Danny, all of Destin, FL, Shannon Hendricks West and husband, Jeff, of Lafayette, LA, Robin Hendricks Clarke and husband, Paul of Mobile, AL; brother; Chris Hendricks of Lake Charles, LA, and grandson, Caleb Pollock, of Greely, Colorado; nieces and nephews, Nicholas and Elise Fogg, Robbie Moss, Dacey and Riley West, Devon and William Clarke, and Caden Hendricks and aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his son, Colby Pollock, of Topeka, KS; grandparents, James and Merle Pollock of Lafayette, LA and Harry and Melba Lindsey of New Orleans.

Cremation is planned and private family services will be held at a later date.
