Alford C. Stiner passed away today on his 76th birthday, December 2, 2006.
A funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 6th at Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Avenue. Interment will follow at Topeka Cemetery. He will lie in state after 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home where the family will welcome friends from 6 to 8:00 p.m. that evening. Memorial contributions may be given in Alford's name in care of the funeral home. A full obituary will follow.
