Alice L. Flye, 83, Topeka, passed away Thursday, April 9, 2020 at a local care center.
Alice was born July 13, 1936 in Topeka, the daughter of Cyrus and Carolyn (Keil) Hutchison. She graduated from Salina High School.
She was employed by Southwest Bell as a Telephone Operator for 23 years, never missing a day of work.
She was a member of the Moose Lodge.
She was married to Gerald D. Flye. He died March 7, 1999. Survivors include a daughter, Karen Morse, Topeka; several grandchildren; and brothers, Al Hutchison, Topeka, Cy Hutchison, Locust, NC; and sister, Carolyn Jerganmeir, Topeka. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Virginia and Sylvia; and brother, Richard.
Cremation has taken place and there will be no services due to the Corona Virus.
Dove Southwest Chapel is assisting with arrangements.
