Alice R. Worster, 94, of Topeka, passed away on Sunday, May 5, 2024. She was born July 17, 1929 in Paola, Kansas, the daughter of Fritz and Irene (Miller) Koelsch.
Alice graduated from Paola High School in 1946. She had resided in Topeka since 1951. She was employed by Southwestern Bell Telephone Company for 43 years before retiring. She was a member of the Paola United Methodist Church.
Alice married Robert W. Worster on January 13, 1951 in Paola. He preceded her in death on July 22, 2000.
Survivors include many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews and great-great-great nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, June 10, 2024 at Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave., Topeka. Graveside inurnment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery immediately following the memorial service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Gentiva Hospice, 5375 SW 7th St., Ste. #500, Topeka, Kansas 66606.
Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. is assisting the family with service arrangements.
