Aline "Aunt Polly" Hall, age 92, passed away June 11, 2013 at Brookside Manor in Overbrook. Aline was born October 2, 1920 on a farm in Blair, Oklahoma, the daughter of Charlie and Bonnie (Nease) Dennis.
She graduated the 12th grade at Blair School and married Daniel Hall two days later on May 12, 1939. Leaving the Dust Bowl of Oklahoma behind, Dan and Aline made their home in Sacramento, California for 58 years before moving to Topeka, Kansas to be closer to family.
Aline was preceded in death by her parents, siblings and her beloved husband of 62 years, Dan. She is survived by daughter Danya Druckemiller, granddaughter Janet Good (Todd), great-grandchildren Maddie and Ryan Good and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at 10:00AM on Monday, June 17th at Dove Funeral Home, 4020 SW 6th Avenue, Topeka. Chapel services commence at 11:00AM with burial immediately to follow at Penwell Gabel Cemetery, 3616 SW 6th Avenue, Topeka.
