Amanda Kay Weinkauf, 44, of Topeka, passed away Wednesday, May 6, 2015. She was born May 29, 1970, in St. Mary's, Kansas, the daughter of Alan and Mary (Coots) Robinson.
Amanda was raised in St. Mary's and moved to Topeka as a teenager. She attended St. Mary's High School and Topeka Technical College. Amanda was employed as a billing specialist by AMR of Topeka for a number of years.
Amanda married John J. Weinkauf, III on August 28, 1993 in Topeka and they were married for over 20 years. He survives.
She is also survived by her children, Dustin Robinson of Topeka, Brittany Payne (Jason) of Ft. Worth, Texas, and Joshua Weinkauf of Topeka; grandchildren, Kaylee Payne, Ariez Robinson and Aubree Payne; her parents, Alan and Mary Robinson, and siblings, Chris Robinson, Lisa Keane, Shawn Robinson (Kelli) and Brian Robinson.
Amanda enjoyed cooking, baking, crochet and knitting.
An open visitation to celebrate her life will be held from 3:00-5:00 p.m., Monday, May 11th at Dove Cremation & Funeral Service, 4020 SW 6th Ave. in Topeka.
