Amber Lenae Burton, 28, of Plainville, KS was granted her angel wings on July 27, 2011. Her final days were spent surrounded by the family and friends that Amber loved so dearly.
Amber lived 28 beautiful years showing the world how to love, how to laugh and how to live life to the fullest. She lived in Oklahoma City, OK and worked for Oklahoma Heart Hospital. Amber loved Red Dirt Music, taking Hunter to Redhawks/Thunder games, roadtrippin, and living life to the fullest everyday. Her greatest joy in life was her little boy, Hunter, who she has already raised to be a well mannered young man. She would want people to remember how strong she was and to never let anything keep you from doing what you want to do in life. Amber's strength through her fight has become an amazing inspiration to her family, friends, and everyone who she touched along her journey in life.
Amber is survived by her precious son, Hunter Burton; her parents Jack Burton, Plainville, KS and Charlotte Burton Topeka, KS; her sister, Heidi Burton Topeka, KS; and brothers, Jeremy Foerschler Richmond, VA and Noah Burton Keller, TX. As well as her grandparents Elwin and Ellen Scofield Belleville, KS, and many other Aunts/Uncles/Cousins.
Two separate services will be held:
-Wed. Aug. 3rd at Countryside UMC in Topeka, KS at 11am.
-Thurs. Aug. 4th at Plainville UMC in Plainville, KS at 11am.
