Anna Marie Raimey, 71, of Topeka, passed away Monday, April 14, 2014. She was born August 25, 1942, in Topeka, Kansas, the daughter of Marion and Elenora (Bryant) Jones.
Survivors include her children, James Lee Alston, Patrick Dean Raimey, Paul Wayne Raimey, Ronnie Lee Henderson; siblings, Russell Jones, Ray Jones, Clyde Jones, Faith Carroll, Loretta Currington, Sharon Cooper, John Jones, Nathan Jones, Rozette Jones, Timothy Jones and Norman Ross; 8 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by a son, Lonzo Raimey, and siblings, Michael, Joseph, Carl, Melvin, Marcella and Gene Jones.
Cremation is planned. Private family services were held in Kansas City. Interment of the cremated remains will be at Mount Hope Cemetery in Topeka.
