Ashley Nichole Newman, 24, of Topeka, passed away on Thursday, September 8, 2022 at KU Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas. She was born October 14, 1997 in Topeka, the daughter of Steven and Karen (Ray) Newman.
Ashley graduated from Highland Park High School in 2016.
Survivors include her parents, Steven and Karen Newman of Topeka, her siblings, Jared Newman and Kammie Newman, her paternal grandparents, Roger and Patricia Newman of Berryton, maternal grandparents, Ronald and Virginia Ray of Topeka, paternal great-grandmother, Virginia Jean Newman of Winchester, Kansas, her maternal great-grandmother, Violet Ray of Topeka and many cousins.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 16, 2022 at Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. Cremation will follow the service and private inurnment will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to AHCF In Honor Of Ashley, 2000 Town Center, Ste. 1900, Southfield, Michigan 48075.
