Barbara M. Newlin, 69, of Topeka passed away on July 31, 2017 at Stormont Vail. She was born on October 14, 1947 to Jack and Catherine Boggs.
She enjoyed playing with her dogs and cats. Barbara loved reading and spending time with horses. She had a contagious laugh and liked laughing with her family.
Barbara was married to her husband, Robert Newlin, for over 24 years. He preceded her in death. She is also preceded by her parents and her brother, Richard Boggs.
She is survived by three daughters; Debora (Matt) McEnroe, Annalise Newlin and Laurie Newlin, two grand-daughters; Brandy Newlin and Cheyanne Simons, and one great-grandson on the way.
A memorial graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 4, 2017 at Penwell-Gabel Cemetery, 3616 SW 6th Ave. Topeka, KS.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Helping Hands Humane Society, 5720 SW 21st Topeka, KS 66604.
