Bessie Mae Kennedy

Bessie Mae Kennedy, 88, of Tecumseh, passed away on Sunday, April 30, 2006 at Manor Care. She was born on May 26, 1917, the daughter of Fred and Nellie Read Fix. She spent her entire life in the Watson Community. She married Ellis Kennedy on February 6, 1936. She and her husband farmed until their retirement. He preceded her in death on October 20, 2000. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Mabel Kennedy, many niece, nephews and friends. Cremation has taken place. No memorial services are planned. Private inurnment will take place in Topeka Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to the donor's choice. Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
