Bette Lee Anton, 92, Topeka, passed away Friday, June 10, 2016.
Bette was born June 4, 1924 in Beloit, the daughter of Charles and Charlotte Vetter. She graduated from Beloit High School and Washburn University.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Kappa Alpha Theta sorority, Junior League and Stormont-Vail Health Auxiliary.
Bette married Willis Anton, Jr. on November 13, 1948. He died September 16, 2010. Survivors include a daughter, Libby (Bob) Reed; son, Christopher Anton; grandchildren, Shannon (Daryl) Mack, Robby Reed, Kimmy (Derek) Dick, Bryan, Lucy and Ronnie Anton; 6 great grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 16, 2016 at Mount Hope Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice, 2231 SW Wanamaker Rd., Suite 202 Topeka, KS 66614.
