Betty A. Mcmaster Clinton
Betty A. McMaster Clinton,69, of Topeka, passed away on October 25, 2010 at her home. She was born on June 10, 1941 in Eskridge, Kansas, the daughter of Ray N. and Jennifer Eastman McMaster.
She attended Willard Grade School and graduated from Rossville High School. Betty has resided in Topeka since 1962. She graduated from Kaw Area Vo-Tech in 1967 where she received a LPN certificate. Betty was employed at Memorial Hospital, the Topeka State Hospital, the Kansas Medical Center and retired from U.S.D. 501 in May of 2003.
She was preceded in death by her long-time companion, Bill Anno, Sr., her parents, three brothers, two sisters and her step-father. Survivors include several loving and wonderful nephews and nieces, the Anno children; Pete, Rick, Kim, Danny, Linda, Mike, Jeff, Sarah and Katie, and several very close friends.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 28 at Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel. Burial will follow in Emanuel Cemetery southeast of Topeka. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Midland Care Hospice Services, 200 SW Frazier Circle, Topeka, Kansas 66606.
