Betty Mae Creel, 81, of Topeka, passed away Sunday, May 13, 2018. Betty was born in Buffalo, New York in 1937 eventually finding her way to Topeka, Kansas.
Betty married Raymond Charles Marone in 1956 and together they had 5 children; Kenneth, Keith, Kevin, Kelley and Karen. After Raymond passed she married Ernest Creel who also preceded her in death. She had six siblings, 4 preceded her in death and 2 surviving; Kay and Lorraine. Betty was loved by many, her children, siblings, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, a great-great grandchild, nieces, nephews and friends.
A memorial ceremony will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 27, 2018, at Dove Southwest Chapel, 3700 SW Wanamaker Rd.
