Betty June Feyh, 82, Topeka, passed away, Sat., May 3, 2008 at a local hospital.
Betty was born in Belvue, KS on June 14, 1925, the daughter of Fred and Frances (Evans) Lippincott.
Betty graduated from Wamego High School, Class of 1943.
Betty married Chester Dale Feyh in Wamego on Feb. 24, 1946. They celebrated 62 wonderful years of marriage. He survives.
Betty worked for 19 years at Jostens in Topeka as a Quality Assurance Inspector before her retirement in 1984.
Betty and Chester enjoyed square dancing with the Croco Swinging Squares.
Betty is survived by one sister, Patsy Eckart of Wamego; two daughters, Janet McCabe of Lawrence and Lynn Haith and her husband, Michael of Salina; five grandchildren, Spencer McCabe and Sarah of Eudora; Dacia Maher and Andy Bricker of Lawrence; Marcy McGuffie and Sean of Lawrence; Amy Armstrong and Chip of Salina; Sarah Haith of Wichita and six very loved great grandchildren and three step-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Marjorie Repp and son-in-law, Stan McCabe.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Wed., May 7, 2008 at Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota. Interment will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery. Betty will lie in state after 4:00 PM, Tues. at the funeral home. A visitation will be held Tues. evening from 7:00-8:30 PM.
