Bonnie L. Bellinger

Bonnie L. Bellinger, 75, of Topeka, passed away on Thursday, July 10, 2008 at Midland Hospice House in Topeka. She was born on April 1, 1933 in Hackett, AR, the daughter of Henry C. and Margie Monds Ledbetter. She had resided in the Topeka area since 1950. Bonnie was very active in her children's and grandchildren's lives. Bonnie married Fred Brown. They were divorced. She married Robert Treiber. They were divorced. She married Edward J. Bellinger on June 7, 1968 in Topeka. He preceded her in death on February 16, 1995. Survivors include her children, Carolyn Anderson (Larry) of Tecumseh, Don Brown (Pam) of Kansas City, KS, Janet Vickery of Hazel, KY, Sue Pater (Darrell) of Topeka, Patricia Smith of Hoyt, 10 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, one sister, Doris Whisenhunt of Bangkok, Thailand and one brother, James Ledbetter of Ft. Smith, AR. Bonnie will lie in state and the family will receive friends from 7:00-8:30 p.m. Saturday at Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel. Cremation will follow. Private inurnment will take place in West Lawn Memorial Gardens at a later date. Memorial contributions may be given to Midland Hospice Care, 200 S.W. Frazier Circle, Topeka, KS 66606.
