Brandon David Willard, 50, Springfield, MO, formerly of Topeka, died Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2005 at his residence.
He was born May 9, 1954 in Columbia, MO, the son of Wayne and Marilyn Haynie Willard. He was raised in Hutchinson, graduated from Hutchinson High School in 1972, and attended Washburn University.
Mr. Willard lived in Topeka for about 10 years and had been in Springfield for the past 14 years. He worked as a taxicab driver.
Survivors include a daughter, Candi Susan Croney, Sleeper, MO; mother, Marilyn Willard, Topeka; father and step-mother, Wayne and Fay Willard, Sleeper, MO; sister and brother-in-law, Lisa and Dwight Parman, Topeka; a niece, Camille Parman, Topeka.
Brandon was loved dearly by his family who celebrate his life, mourn his passing - and find comfort in knowing he is born into a new and eternal life.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Monday at Newcomer Family Funeral Home. Private burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
