Brent R.D. McKinley, 59, of Oskaloosa, Kansas, passed away on Sunday, June 23, 2019. He was born January 1, 1960 in Omaha, Nebraska, the son of David and Jacqueline Gibson.
Brent was employed by Meiers Ready Mix Concrete Company. He was a member of Evangelist United Methodist Church in Holton.
Brent married Marcia Petesch on June 21, 1981 in Topeka. She survives. Other survivors include children, Brent McKinley II of Meriden, Kansas, Jacqueline Morrison of Topeka, nine grandchildren, Zoey, Adam, Ashlyn, Jade, Isabella, Beau, Ethan, Jonathon and Zacchaeus and his four siblings.
A Celebration Of Brent's Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 6, 2019 at Countryside United Methodist Church. Private inurnment will take place at a later date.
Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. is assisting the family.
