Brian J. Herzog, 25, of Topeka, passed away, Monday, June 28, 2004 at his home. Brian died from complications of diabetes.
The son of David and Stephanie Herzog, Brian was born October 14, 1978 in Topeka.
Brian was a 1997 graduate of Shawnee Heights High School. He had attended Kansas State University in Salina.
Brian attended Topeka First Assembly of God.
Survivors include: his parents, David and Stephanie, Topeka; one brother, Matthew Herzog, Topeka; one half-sister, Jennifer Hettinger, CO; and grandparents, Roberta Herzog, Topeka; Robert and Mary Kline, Kansas City, MO.
Cremation is planned by Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel. Memorial services at Topeka First Assembly of God will be announced at a later date. Memorial contributions may be given to the American Diabetes Association, 837 S. Hillside, Wichita, KS 67211. Online condolences may be left at www.penwellgabel.com
