Brian Tharp

Brian Lee Tharp, 35, of Auburn, KS passed away, Friday, November 2, 2007.

He was born April 3, 1972 in Topeka the son of Stephen and Melinda (Glenn) Tharp. Brian graduated from Baker University.

He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Melinda and David Mackay, Olathe, KS; his brother, Jeffrey G. Tharp and his wife Julie, Gardner, KS; his grandparents, Wilbur and Wanda Glenn, Auburn, KS; Jane Tharp, Topeka, KS; his nephew, Jake Tharp as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father Stephen Tharp and his grandfather Charles Tharp.

Brian will lie in state and the family will greet friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday at the Penwell-Gabel Southwest Chapel. Funeral services will be held 1:00pm Tuesday, November 6, 2007 at the funeral home with burial to follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Memorial contributions are suggested to Helping Hands Humane Society, 2625 N.W. Rochester Road, Topeka, Kansas 66617.
