Carl E. Humphrey, 60, of Waverly, Kansas, died Thursday, November 03, 2011. He was born June 13, 1951 in Kansas City, Missouri, the son of Howard K. and Ellen Humphrey. Carl was raised in Edgerton, Kansas and graduated from the University of Kansas.
Carl is survived by two brothers, Thomas Humphrey of Olathe, Lee Humphrey of Lawrence; a niece, Christina and a nephew, Eric. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Max Humphrey and his sister, Anne Rolin.
Per his wishes, Carl was cremated. A private family service will be held at a later date.
