Carl S. Bilger
Carl S. Bilger, 80, Topeka, died Sunday, July 6, 2008 at St. Francis Hospital. He was born April 8, 1928 in Wichita, the son of Orris and Ruth Bilger. He taught music in Hutchinson and at Washburn University. Cremation is planned. A graveside inurnment service will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday July 10 at the Topeka Cemetery. Newcomer Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
