December 12, 1963 — August 4, 2019
Carlos Rios, Topeka, beloved son of Emilia and Pantaleon C. Rios, passed away with family by his side on August 4, 2019 at the age of 55.
He graduated from the Kansas School for the Deaf. He worked various jobs in the Topeka area. He enjoyed watching the K.C Chiefs and Royals baseball.
He is survived by his parents, Emilia and Pantaleon C. Rios, Topeka, sisters, Marge (James) Steck, St. Mary's, Daisy (Paul) Johnson, Topeka; nieces, Cindy Steck, Kathy Steck (Jesse), Kelly(Chris)Downey, Sarah Johnson, Emily Johnson(Jace), Lauren Johnson; great-nieces and great-nephews, Nevaeh Steck, Aspen Downey, Lane Downey, Brooks Downey, Jackson Sowers; and several aunts, uncles and cousins in Alice, TX.
Cremation has taken place and a Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 10, 2019 at the Dove Southwest Chapel, 3700 SW Wanamaker Road.
