Carlotta Frances Webster, 73, of Emporia, Kansas passed away Sunday, April 10, 2016 at Stormont Vail Hospital. Carlotta was born October 30, 1942 in Lincoln, Nebraska, the daughter of Horace Venerable and Charlene Hutcherson Harrison. She was employed at Price Chopper.
Carlotta is survived by her daughter, Sheila Mitchell of Washington, DC, son, Carlos Mitchell (Narwetar), Emporia, daughter, Tauna Mitchell Meints (David) Lincoln, Nebraska, daughter, Michelle Finnell, Topeka, Kansas, daughter, Dawnett Webster Cotton (Kenneth), Topeka, Kansas, and her son, Gregory Webster, Emporia. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Carlotta's Life will be held from 2:00-5:00 p.m., Saturday, April 23, 2016 at the Recreation Center, 313 W. 4th Ave. Emporia, KS 66801.
