Carol Jane (Hodison) Beaver

Carol Jane (Hodison) Beaver, 81, of Topeka, went to be with her Lord on Thursday, April 16, 2020. She was born October 5, 1938 in Topeka, the daughter of Buin and Elizabeth (Hayes) Hodison.
Carol graduated from Topeka High School. She was employed as a Licensed Mental Health Technician for Topeka State Hospital for many years before retiring.
Carol married Joe Louis Beaver on April 11, 1955 in Topeka. He preceded her in death on December 26, 2017. She was also preceded in death by her siblings, Arnold Hodison and Starlyn Hodison.
Survivors include three daughters, Jolydia Beaver of Topeka, Cherie Thompson of Topeka, Dana (Raymond) Harold of Topeka, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her siblings, Ernest Hodison of Topeka and Babbette Griffin of Atlanta, Georgia.
Cremation has taken place and private memorial services will be held at a later date. Private inurnment will take place at a later date.
Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. is assisting the family.
