Carolyn Jean Crary, 64, of Topeka, passed away Friday, August 25, 2017.
She was born June 10, 1953, in Topeka, Kansas, the daughter of Dr. John Elwin and Betty Jean (VanDeventer) Crary. Carolyn was a 1971 graduate of Topeka High School.
Carolyn enjoyed spending time with family and singing in the church choir.
Survivors include brothers, Van (Pam) and Doug (Cindy) Crary; and step-sisters, Carolyn Jones, Kathy Clark and Madilyn (Tom) Morris.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Thomas Elwin Crary.
Carolyn was cremated. A private graveside service will be held at Mount Hope Cemetery & Funeral Chapel, 4700 SW 17th Street, Topeka, Kansas 66604. Memorial contributions may be made to First Congregational Church.
