Carri Susan Carr
Carri Susan Magnor Carr, 49, Topeka, passed into the Lord's arms on Friday, April 15, 2011 after a long battle with leukemia.
Carri was born May 22, 1961 in Wichita, Kansas, the daughter of Clyde Magnor and Diana Clark. She graduated from Seaman High School in 1979 and attended Washburn University. She was employed by the State of Kansas as an Administrative Assistant in the Department on Aging.
Carri married Daniel Carr on August 29, 1997, he survives. Other survivors include her father, Clyde Magnor and wife Peggy, her mother Diana Magnor and Bob Kimball, sisters Kelly and Michelle Magnor, brother Matthew Magnor, nephews Jacob and Caleb Stauffer, and niece Stevy Stauffer.
Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at Penwell-Gabel Southwest Chapel, 3700 SW Wanamaker Road. Carri will lie in state at the funeral home after 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Private interment will be at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Topeka Rescue Mission, PO Box 8350, Topeka, Kansas 66608.
