Frank was a devoted father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, who gave tirelessly and was always ready and willing to help others. He often volunteered to transport children to Shrine Hospitals, and he enjoyed driving his Shriner vehicle as part of the parade unit. Frank also actively supported many people with their sobriety.
