Charles E. "Chuck" Jenkins, 59, of Berryton, passed away Thursday, February 11. 2016 after a long, courageous battle with kidney cancer.
He was born February 7, 1957 in San Bernardino, CA., the son of Bill and Betty Jenkins.
Chuck was a 35 year employee of the Santa Fe/ BNSF Railroad, retiring in 2014. Chuck was a Bloomington Booster's 4H member, Bloomington High School FFA member and a 35 year I.A.M. Union Brother.
Chuck is survived by his wife Sandy, three sons; Joe, Charlie and Rob; grandchildren Kaitlyn, Cody and Carlie Jenkins, Joseph and Mia Harper; siblings, Cathy Dillingham (Bob), Susie York (Michael) and Scott Jenkins; niece Betsy Santos (Joe), nephew Reece Dillingham Great nieces Hayleigh and Aurora and great nephew Joaquin Santos.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Bobby Jenkins.
In keeping with Chuck's wishes cremation is planned. A Celebration of Life will take place in the very near future.
