Memorial Services for Charles H Rooney (Buzz), age 53, of Topeka, will be on Wednesday, March 31st, 2004 at 11:00 AM at Penwell-Gabel's Memorial Park Cemetery Scattering Garden, located in the Southwest corner of cemetery. Charles passed away on March 23, 2004 in Topeka, he was 53. He is survived by two daughters, Megan Rooney & Stacy Toomay. Also 2 grandchildren.
