Charlotte L. Fregon, 83, of Topeka passed away June 29, 2010.
She was born February 21, 1927 in Clinton, Indiana, the daughter of Elona Parks and Chris Rosa.
Charlotte married Ernest Fregon on January 7, 1946 in Concordia, Kansas. Her husband Ernest Fregon preceded her in death. She is survived by her three children Jean Shump, James Fregon and his wife Barbara, Dorothy Herndon., 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 1 brother, Jim Rosa, and extended family.
She was a member of St. Andrews Presbyterian church.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday July 2, 2010 at Penwell-Gabel Southwest Chapel. Burial will follow at Half-Day Cemetery. Charlotte will lie in state at the funeral home after 3:00 p.m. on Thursday and visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
