Charlsia "Charlie" Finley, 75, Topeka, passed away Friday, April 24, 2015 at Midland Hospice.
Charlsia was born November 26, 1939 in Topeka, the daughter
of Charles Bowers and Maxine Kral. She attended Topeka High School.
She owned Miniature Madness, Topeka Antique Mall, and County Brass.
Charlsia married Robert Finley on June 29, 1974 in Las Vegas, NV. He survives. Other survivors include daughters, Theresa Criswell, Vicki Casto, Sherri Jones; step-children, Patty Paulsen, Penny Weckwerth, Robert Finley, Jr, Michael Finley, all of Topeka; and many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Pamela Mounkes.
Charlsia wishes were to be cremated and no services are planned at this time.
