Cord L. Gales, 43, of Topeka, went to be with his Lord on Saturday, October 4, 2014. He was born December 1, 1970 in St. Joseph, MO, the son of Rosco Perry and Susie Gales.
He had resided in Topeka since the late 1980's. Cord was employed as an industrial painter for most of his life.
Survivors include his children, Da'Shaun L. Gales, Porcia M. Gales, Stephaun T. Gales, Paris U. Gales, his siblings, Candance L. Jones, Gene L. Cluke, Jerry L. Cluke and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorial services will be held at 5:00 p.m. Saturday, October 18, 2014 at Town & Country Christian Church. Memorial contributions may be given to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312. Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel is assisting the family.
