Craig William Forman, 36, of Meriden, died Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at St. Francis Health Center. He was born March 5, 1974, the son of David A. and Deborrah K. (Wells) Forman.
Craig was raised in Meriden and attended Jefferson West Schools. He enjoyed drawing, playing video games, and sculpting. He is survived by his parents; sisters, Dawn Wahwassuck (Michael), Mayetta, KS, Kimberly Forman, of the home; brother, Cody Forman, of the home; grandmothers, Dolores Baldock, Topeka, and Patricia Wells, Topeka; numerous aunts , uncles, cousins, a niece, and two nephews.
Friends and family will gather to celebrate Craig's life on Sunday, November 21, at the family home north of Meriden. Memorial contributions may be made to Children's Mercy Hospital, 2401 Gillham, Kansas City, MO 64108.
