Cynthia "Cindy" Robins

Cynthia "Cindy" Robins, 65, of Topeka, passed away Monday, October 19, 2020.

She was born Cynthia Gail Hunt on January 31, 1955, in Ottawa, Kansas, the daughter of Porter Dwight and Lois Virginia (Finch) Hunt. She served honorably in the United States Army.

Cindy was employed by the Veterans' Administration for many years, retiring from the Colmery-O'Neil V.A. Medical Center in 2015.

Cindy was a member of the Maranatha Baptist Church, of Topeka.

Cindy married Ray Robins on May 16, 1998 in Topeka. Survivors include two sons, Alan Smith (Melisa) and Adam Smith (Amber); grandsons, Jayson, Cameron, Knoll, Michael, and Marcus Smith and Dustin and Evan Fox; granddaughters Abigail, Olivia and Amelia Smith, Alex, Dareion, and Brittini Webb; great-grandson Grayson Smith; sisters, Sharon Huske, Deby Rodgers and Sherry Holt; brother Porter Hunt Jr. (Beth); all of Topeka; and aunts and uncles, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and especially her friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Ray Robins.

Cindy enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandkids. She enjoyed scrapbooking and traveling.
