Daniel B. Cox

Daniel Brian Cox, 37, Topeka, died Monday, July 16, 2007 in Topeka. He was born Feb. 12, 1970 at Ft. Riley, Kansas, the son of SFC Walter P., Jr. and Iva Lou Morgan Cox. He attended Topeka West High School. Survivors include his mother, a brother, Tony Cox, sisters, Kelly Drummond and Dotty Karnowski all of Topeka. He was preceded in death by his father and his youngest sister, Shelby Cox-Scott. Services will be held at 10:00 am Saturday at Penwell-Gabel Southwest Chapel with interment in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Daniel will lie in state after noon Friday at the funeral home, where the family will receive friends from 5-7 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to the Daniel B.
