Dante M. Fields, 24, of Topeka, went to be with his Lord on Friday, August 5, 2016. He was born December 9, 1991 in Honolulu, Hawaii, the son of John D Fields and Sheree Hicks.
Survivors include his son, Brayden Rogers, his daughter, Daisi Fields, his father, John D. Fields of Topeka, his mother, Sheree Hicks of Chicago, IL, one brother, Sebastian Hicks, three sisters, Kazzmin McClain, Autumn Fields and Aspen Fields, his paternal grandparents, Lester Fields and Debrah Daffron, his aunties, Amy Fields, Sarie Fields, Stephanie Hicks, Michelle Hicks, Lisa Miller and Kimberly Hicks, his uncles, Leonard Fields, Daniel Hicks, Brian Hicks and Cody Fields, his cousins, Takesha Stanford-Nichols, Martell Stanford, Dorian Cashaw, Canon Fields, Craig Miller Jr., Peter Cashaw, Brian Hicks Jr., Corey Hicks, Daniel Miller, Devon Hannah, Treven Fields, Priscilla Hicks, Haley Mendez, Jessie Miller, Fatina Hicks, Nicole Lewis and Danielle Hicks.
Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 12, 2016 at Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel. Burial will follow in Topeka Cemetery. Dante will lie in state and the family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Thursday, August 11, 2016 at the funeral home.
