Darryl D. Calderwood

Darryl D. Calderwood, 41, of Topeka, died Thursday, March 17, 2005 at St. Lukes Hospital in Kansas City, Mo. He was born on August 26, 1963 in Topeka, the son of Norman C. and Linda Roberts Calderwood. He attended Highland Park High School. He was a life-long Topeka resident. He was a supervisor in the Department of Revenue for the State of Kansas. Survivors include his mother, Linda Calderwood, beloved family members, Dwight, David, Lorri and Tracey, all of Topeka and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Norman on March 22, 2001. Darryl will lie in state and the family will receive friends from 4:00-6:00 p.m. Sunday at Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel. Cremation will follow. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday at Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel. Private inurnment will take place in Prairie Home Cemetery at a later date.
