7. Background: Mr. Kaske was raised in Wentworth, South Dakota, where he graduated from High School. He came to Topeka in the 1940's, where he owned and operated the Culligan Business. He moved to Overland Park in 1960, and to Tempe, Arizona in 1972. He returned to Topeka in 1997. He served in the US Army Air Corps during WW2. He was formerly a member of First United Methodist Church, Topeka. He was a 50-year member of Orient Lodge #51 AF&AM.
