Deb Lynn (Hashman) Chenoweth, born in Topeka, KS on March 30, 1960, passed from complications of a long term illness on December 18, 2017.
She graduated from Seaman High School, Washburn University, and The University of Kansas School of Social Work. She was employed by The Farm Inc. and held several social work and administrative roles. She was also employed by The Mental Health Consortium/KHS serving in both an administrative and clinical roles.
Deb touched many lives with a lot of love and compassion, she followed her heart and lead her family with strength and determination.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, Dale and Juanita Hashman; and husband, William Carlson.
She is survived by her son, Matthew Chenoweth; grandson, Tyler Chenoweth; granddaughters, Chloe Chenoweth and Lilliana Elliott; daughter, Tasha Chenoweth; and grandsons Eric, Skyler, Alex, and Bobbie Lietner. She is also survived by two sisters, Sandra (Grant) Hashman-Evans and Patricia (Cliff) White.
Private services will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions can be made in lieu of flowers to Family Service and Guidance.
