Delores Ann Hoge

Delores Ann Hoge, 85, of Topeka passed away on December 15, 2017. Born February 18, 1932, in Leavenworth, Kansas, she was the daughter of Joseph and Mildred Phillips.
She spent her childhood years in Leavenworth where she graduated from Leavenworth High School.
Delores married Frank F. Hoge in 1952. He preceded her in death in July of 2017.
She enjoyed reading, nature, being outdoors and especially animals. She always carried doggie treats in case she found a 4 legged friend. She befriended many dogs and cats throughout her years.
She is survived by daughter, Kathy (Gary) Jones of Topeka, son Kenneth "Ken" (Susan) Hoge, of Tecumseh; 5 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; a brother, Joseph "Bud" (Athena) Phillips Jr., a niece, Colleen Davison and a nephew, Ronald "Ronnie" Phillips.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Helping Hands Humane Society, 5720 SW 21st, Topeka, KS 66604 or Midland Hospice Care, 200 SW Frazier, Topeka, KS 66606.
