Dennis "DeDe" Schnegelsiepen, Jr., 50, Topeka, died Friday, Feb. 29, 2008 at Stormont-Vail Regional Health Center.
The son of Revah Schnegelsiepen was born July 22, 1957 in Junction City, KS. He was preceded in death by his brother, Vaughn Schnegelsiepen in 2001.
Survivors include his children, Tanya Chestnut and husband, Robert, Danny Schnegelsiepen, Katie Morgan, and Caleb Morgan; three grandchildren, Ashley, Logan, and Samantha; three brothers, Dallas, Oscar, and Fernando, two sisters, Juanita Davis and Alice Box, and an extensive extended family.
A memorial dinner for friends and family will be held on Sunday, March 9 at Garfield Shelter House from 11 am to 3 pm.
Newcomer Family Funeral Home is assisting the family.
