Donald Eugene Abbott

Donald Eugene Abbott, 73, of Topeka, passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2024.
He was born December 23, 1950, in Topeka, Kansas, the son of John and Faye (Kingcannon) Abbott. He graduated from Topeka High School.
Donald served in the United States Navy, for 5 years.
Survivors include sister, Beverly (Abbott) Charles, brother, Raymond Abbott, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, John Jr. and Billy Abbott.
Donald enjoyed listening to rock and roll, and Martial Arts where he obtained his training. He also enjoyed spending time with family, eating sub sandwiches. He loved bantering.
A ceremonial gathering with visitation will be held at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, August 1, 2024 at Mount Hope Chapel, 4700 SW 17th St, Topeka.
