Donald Ray Longren

Donald Ray Longren, 75, of Topeka passed away February 13, 2021.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Linda Longren; two children, Jeffrey C. Longren and life partner, Samanth Grief; two grandchildren, Maldon Ray and Kegan Blaise Longren of California and a sister, Maren Hathaway of Winnsborro, TX.
Donald was a graduate of Topeka High School (1963) and Washburn University (1967). He served in the United States Army and entered the Topeka Police Department in 1973. He retired as a Detective Sargent.
Honoring Donald's request cremation has taken place. A memorial ceremony and interment of Donald's cremated remains will be planned at a later date. Dove Cremations and Funerals –Southwest Chapel, 3700 SW Wanamaker Rd., Topeka, KS 66610 is assisting the family.
Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, 725 SW Buchanan, Topeka, KS 66606.
