Donald Kevin Mitchell, Sr. 63, of Topeka, passed away on March 12, 2017. He was born on May 26, 1953 at Blue Island, Illinois to Donald Allen and Carrie Mae (Martin) Mitchell.
Donald married Annette Verona Crockett on August 21, 1977 at Seattle, Washington in King County.
He served in the US Navy and retired as a Petty Officer First Class. Following his career in the Navy, he worked at the Kansas City International Airport in food service.
Donald enjoyed fishing and playing cards.
Donald is survived by his son Donald Kevin Mitchell, Jr. his sister Karen Sanders and his brother Kenneth Mitchell. He was preceded in death by his parents.
At Donald's request there will be no services.
