Donna L. Arthur, 70, of Topeka, passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2012 at her son's residence in Wichita.
She was born December 30, 1941 in Waverly, KS. Donna resided in Topeka for most of her life. She was employed by Southwestern Bell Telephone Company for 37 years before retiring. She was a member of the Southwestern Bell Pioneers Club and the Red Hat Club.
Donna married Jerry Arthur in 1961 in Richland, KS. He preceded her in death on February 17, 2003. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Juanita Davenport. Survivors include one son, Chad Arthur of Wichita, two sisters, Kay Trout, Nellie Miles and her brother, Robert Roller.
Cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday at Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel. Private inurnment will take place at a later date.
