Donna L. Fuller, 84, of Topeka, passed away on Tuesday, September 30, 2014. She was born May 20, 1930 at Pittsburg, KS, the daughter of G. Fred and Della O. Ellis Ross.
Donna graduated from Pittsburg High School and attended Pittsburg State University. She was employed by Flemming Companies for 17 years before retiring in 1992. After her retirement, she worked as a substitute Para-professional teacher for the Washburn Rural School District 437 for several years. She was a member of the Highland Park United Methodist Church.
Donna married Robert D. Fuller on October 2, 1949 at Pittsburg, KS. He survives. Other survivors include two sons, Ron (Vickie) Fuller of Grove, OK, Dan (Denise) Fuller of Topeka, four grandchildren, Ian (Sarah) Fuller, Joseph (Beth) Fuller and Betsy (Josh) Anderson all of Webb City, MO, Brent Fender of Topeka and six great-grandchildren, Alex Fuller, Kross Fuller and Orrin Fuller, Haley Fender, Lindsey Fender and Brooke Fender. Also surviving is one sister, Delores Montgomery of Pittsburg, KS and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 3, 2014 at the Highland Park United Methodist Church where the family will receive friends one hour prior to service time. Burial will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Highland Park United Methodist Church, 2914 SE Michigan Ave., Topeka, KS 66605. Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel is assisting the family.
