Donna Mae Marney

Donna Mae Marney, 79, born November 5, 1934, peacefully left us Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at Midland Hospice House. She joined the love of her life, Ralph "RW" Marney, her husband, who left us peacefully on June 2, 2014. They were married March 4, 1965 in Holton, Kansas.

Donna was born in Fostoria, Kansas to Otis and Grace (Nelson) Keen. She graduated from Topeka High School in 1952. She was employed with Credit Bureau of Topeka for 46 years retiring in 1997.

She was loved by many. Donna was born to be a grandma and was the best there has ever been. She enjoyed nothing more than family time. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandma, aunt, cousin and friend.

Donna is survived by her daugthers, Cindy (Richard) Flint and Sherry (Mike) Greene; grandchildren, Ronnie (Dayna) Beavers, Tara (Grant) Jefferies, Trevor Hall, Joey (Candi) vonSoosten, Bret vonSoosten and Billy Greene; great grandchildren, Alyssa Howard, Grant Jefferies, II, Jada vonSoosten, Grady Jefferies, Joey Gibson, Olivia vonSoosten (due in October) and Baby Hall (due April 2015); great-great grandsons, Wes & Charlie Gibson and her four legged baby daughter, Shotze.

Donna was preceded in death by her husband Ralph, her parents, brothers, Darrell, Elmer and George Keen, sisters, Hazel Roberts and Stella Coffman.

Funeral service will be 2 pm Saturday, September 6, 2014 at Dove Cremation & Funeral Service. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
