Doreen Kay Lindberg, 81, of Topeka, passed away Monday, January 4, 2021.
She was born November 10, 1939, in Oberlin, Kansas, the daughter of Earl and Elsie (Hesseltein) Roe.
Mrs. Lindberg was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Topeka.
Doreen married Keith Alan Lindberg on July 24, 1960 in Oberlin, Kansas. He preceded her in death on January 14, 2011. Survivors include a daughter, Sherri (Terry) Wilson of Topeka; grandchildren Kaitlynn Wilson, Kaley Lindberg, Daniel Lindberg and Charles Hutchison; two great-grandsons and a great-granddaughter, Braxlynne Kay Wilson of Topeka; and a niece, Linda Peterson of Raymore, MO. She was preceded in death by her husband; and her sons Brian Lindberg and Gary Lindberg.
Doreen enjoyed playing bridge and pinochle. She also loved watching sports.
Doreen was cremated. A memorial ceremony will be held at a later date.
